David has been running a carpet cleaning business since December 1985. He has previously had a multi-truck operation along with all the stress. Now he opts for the lifestyle approach with one van and one technician. He has simplified his life by systemising his business. He works part-time, takes four weeks holiday abroad each year and no longer cleans carpets himself while his business runs on autopilot.
